Choricero Pepper Paste. Choricero pepper is a pepper variety native to Northern Spain and highly valued in the area. Small in size and with an elongated shape, choricero peppers are dried and are used as a spice to condiment many traditional dishes. Thanks to its sweet and lightly tangy taste it adds a distinct flavour to casseroles, soups and sauces.  Ingredients: choricero pepper paste (98%) and citric acid.

Storage and Care:

• Store in a cool, dry place.
  
• After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume preferably within 7 days.
