Caramel egg yolk nougat is obtained from Egg yolk marzipan. The process consists of burning sugar on both sides of the nougat and thus achieving that darker color and that texture and flavor that characterizes it.
The nougat is of supreme quality and is made with natural ingredients without colorings.

The main ingredient is the Marcona almond.

The toasted caramel yolk nougat is one of the well-known and most traditional nougats, it is made in a special area of ​​​​the factory. It is gluten free.
