Creamy king prawn bechamel with crunchy panko batter. The bechamel sauce for the King Prawn Croquette is made very slowly, which is the reason why Ameztoi cooks are able to create a batter that is very creamy and smooth on the palate. Top quality ingredients provides an indisputable flavour to these mushroom croquettes.
Storage and Care:
- Refrigerated: Fry and ready
- Cooking method in the fryer: Remove the product from the package and dip in plenty of oil at 356ºF (180ºC) for 5 minutes, without overloading the fryer/pan. Let it sit for 2 minutes for the heat to set in.
- Contains gluten, egg, fish, milk and milk derivatives. May contain shell fish, mustard, sulphites and mulluscs.

Prawn(32%) (Prawn, antioxidant sodium METABISULFITE), whole pasteurised cows MILK (28%), breadcrumbs [roasted com (com, salt and malt extract), WHEAT flour, water, sait and yeast], prepared for breading (WHEAT flour, WHEAT starch, salt and com starch), sunflower oil, binding agent (WHEAT flour and WHEAT starch), leek, garlic, pork gelatine, white wine (SULPHITES), brandy, sait, gelling agent methylcellulose, parsley and cayenne.
May contain traces of egg, fish, soya, mustard and molluscs.
